YOU BELONG in Community

Humans thrive in community!

Meaningful connections, holding hands and hugging - they all release oxytocin, the “love hormone,” boosting mental wellbeing and deepening our sense of belonging.

Maybe you’ve just moved somewhere new. Or life has shifted - friends have gone, paths have changed and you’re feeling disconnected. Perhaps you’re simply ready to slow down and reconnect in a world that rarely pauses. Maybe you’re an old soul longing for something real, face-to-face, and heart-to-heart.

These circles offer a cosy, welcoming space to slow down, breathe, and connect with yourself and with others who value presence, authenticity, and genuine human connection. Here, you can show up exactly as you are, be met with kindness, and connect deeply without pressure or performance.

Each circle is held with care and grounded in You Belong values, creating a safe space to be kind and brave, to speak honestly, listen openly, and remember you’re not alone. Whether you’re seeking meaning, community, or simply a moment of calm, there’s a seat for you here… to remember you belong, exactly as you are.

The Types of Circles I offer:

  • Wheel Of The Year (1 hour 30 minutes)

Let’s gather together to honour pivotal points in the Pagan Wheel Of The Year to celebrate the seasonal shifts and align ourselves with nature’s natural cycles.

  • Meditation & Journal (1 hour 30 minutes)

Slow down, look inward, and reconnect with your true self. Learn the tools you need to intentionally deepen your relationships with others and live in alignment with who you really are. Find true belonging both with yourself and with those around you.

Complimentary Taster: Meditation Circle (1 hour)

  • Women-Only (1 hour 30 minutes)

Bringing women together in a safe space, to reflect and share their experiences with self-connection, self-worth and romantic relationships with either their current or future partner, and how to balance self-love and the love they offer to others too.

  • Belong & Be Gatherings

A little shy or introverted? Tired of the fast-paced digital world? Or maybe you're just feeling a bit lonely and disconnected? This is a space where you can simply be you. Read a book, journal, draw, play a board game, chat with others around you, or just take a moment to sit in the presence of people who feel the same way you do, and know that you're not alone.

To help us all feel safe, supported, and truly seen, we invite everyone to honour the following guidelines when joining the Circle of Belonging:

Community Guidelines

  • You are welcome just as you are - no masks, no pressure. Your presence is enough. This is a space for real connection, not perfection.

  • What’s shared in the circle stays in the circle. Holding each other’s stories in confidence helps us build the safety needed for honest connection.

  • Share from your own lived experience, using “I” language. Speak from the heart, and when you feel ready - there is no pressure to perform.

  • Deep listening is an act of love. We’re not here to advise or rescue - just to witness, with care and curiosity.

  • We all contribute to the energy of the space. If something lands wrong, we’re open to gentle repair and learning - connection is built through honesty and care.

  • You never have to share more than feels right. Consent and comfort come first - true connection only happens when we feel safe.

  • Silence can be connective too. It gives space for reflection, integration, and presence. There’s no need to rush or fill the space.

Our Values

  • Embrace vulnerability (trust your gut, lead with your heart, be honest and authentic).
Build mental resilience (break big goals into small steps, reframe negativity into motivation, step outside your comfort zone, dream big, take risks, and keep learning and growing).

  • To yourself (prioritize self-care, show self-compassion, and recognize your strengths).
To others (give selflessly, show empathy, and support through service or kindness).scription text goes here

  • To yourself (know your values, purpose, and passions; enjoy your own company; stay true to who you are).
To others (nurture relationships, celebrate wins, offer support, open up, set boundaries, and prioritize meaningful in-person connections alongside digital ones).
