My You Belong Method of coaching gives you a supportive, down-to-earth space to work through what’s been weighing on you, get clear on what matters most to you, and strengthen your connections - both with yourself and with others.

If you’re feeling lonely in your own company, disconnected in the company of others, unsure who you are or where you fit, these sessions will help you build self-confidence, improve relationships, and feel a genuine sense of belonging in your own life.

How to begin on your journey to True Belonging…

True belonging really begins with connecting deeply to yourself. If you’re feeling lost or disconnected and don’t know what to do or where to start with regards to finding yourself, please don’t worry! That’s exactly what we’ll work through together!

Our sessions weave together:

  • Mindfulness and grounding techniques

  • Emotional awareness and reflection

  • Confidence-building tools

  • Positive Psychology and mindset shifts

  • A sense of safety (where judgement has no place)

Together, we create a path for you to:

You Belong Coaching | What to know

  • You Belong coaching is you for you if:

    • You feel disconnected from yourself, unsure of who you really are or what truly matters to you.

    • You struggle to feel at ease, whether alone or with others, as if something essential is missing.

    • You often feel out of place, like you don’t quite fit in, no matter where you are or who you’re with.

    • You long for deeper, authentic connections - with yourself, loved ones, or a tribe that truly sees and values you.

    • You’re ready to explore what belonging means for you and create a life that feels grounded, connected, and aligned with your purpose.

    • Personalised coaching sessions for up to 1 hour every other week, focusing on your mindset, habits, and self-limiting beliefs to help you feel truly comfortable and confident in who you are.

    • Ongoing support via WhatsApp between sessions for personalised guidance on any challenges that arise (responses between 9–5 on weekdays).

    • Practical tools and practices to support self-discovery and deeper connections, including take-home exercises, creative activities, Positive Psychology tools, breathwork, meditations, yoga, visualisations, and mindfulness techniques to integrate your growth and strengthen your sense of belonging.

    • Complimentary circles or massage sessions included to enhance your journey, nurture your well-being, and foster connection.

  • You can expect a confidential, gentle space to talk and be heard. It’s important to me that you feel safe and connected to me as your coach, so you can feel comfortable opening up fully.

    Every session is unique, but always begins with a grounding meditation so that you can let go of any stress on your mind and feel fully present in our session. We explore what’s coming up for you - gently and without judgment. You set the pace.

    Some sessions may focus on planning your next steps to bring deeper connections into your daily life. Others may center on conversation, exploring your mindset, any challenges your facing, and emotional awareness. Some sessions might include journaling or creative exercises. Growth isn’t linear, and each session is tailored to where you are on your journey.

    Some might feel light and clarifying. Others may go deeper into emotion or healing. It’s all welcome. You’ll leave each session feeling clearer, lighter, and a little more connected to yourself and new ideas of how to connect with others too.

As mentioned above, the first step is all about getting back to the real you, the person who sometimes gets lost under layers of external expectations. 

Utilizing the Wheel of Belonging, we’ll explore the following elements of YOU:

    Build a stronger relationship with yourself and nurture more meaningful connections with the people in your life.

    Create and maintain practices that uplift your emotional health and strengthen your relationships.

  • Inner Exploration & Spirituality: Finding Purpose and Belonging
    Dive into your inner world to cultivate meaning, a sense of belonging, and a clearer understanding of your life’s purpose.

Why do you need to know all of this? Well, these are the pieces of the puzzle that will help you to start seeing the you deep down. These elements of ‘self’ help you form a better understanding of who you are so that you can start feeling a sense of belonging with yourself and sit comfortably in moments of solitude. Your package will be completely tailored to you and your needs, so if you feel like there are elements you don’t wish to explore due to already having a good understanding, then we won’t! We don’t want to waste time building habits you already have!

Alongside these elements of ‘self’ we’ll begin to uncover any beliefs or habits that may be holding you back. Things like, unrealistic expectations of life, yourself and of others, negative self-talk and self-doubt, and fear of rejection and possible people-pleasing habits.

Ultimately, from us working together you can expect to cultivate self-acceptance to learn and to grow (because you deserve to be kind to yourself). Build empowering habits that support your well-being. Strengthening your resilience, so you can handle life’s challenges with confidence. And finally, start to compile a clearer image of yourself in your own mind so that you can honestly say you know who you are and you’ll be ready to live a life that truly reflects that.

Well, next we have Action! Being aware of our likes and dislikes, our values and strengths, the limiting beliefs holding us back from living our best lives is powerful, for sure, but what really makes a difference is taking action! 

Once we uncover who you really are, we’ll create a personalized plan to align your actions with the elements of ‘self’ that you may not be prioritising day to day. Making a conscious effort to start living in alignment, whether that be with your values, your strengths, your passions or purpose (whichever elements you don’t utilize in your daily routine) will enable you to become more you, creating a life you’re excited to be living. Depending on your areas of priority, together we’ll:

  • Focus on what you value and deem important, incorporating more of what really matters to you into your life, to start making more decisions day-today that you can feel proud of and sit comfortably with.

  • Help you use your strengths in a way that feels intentional and fulfilling.

  • Create space for the passions and hobbies that fill your soul with purpose.

  • Quiet that inner critic and replace it with self-love and acceptance on the road to growth.

Connecting with Others: Building Meaningful Relationships

In the second half of the Wheel of Belonging within my You Belong Method, we’ll focus on your connections with others - how they look and feel to you now after all of your inner-work and soul-searching in stage 1, and where you’d like those relationships to be going forward.

As you begin living more authentically through the work we do in the first half of coaching, something powerful happens: you naturally attract people who align with your values and passions. This can lead to:

  • Deepening your existing relationships

  • Building new, supportive connections with people who “get” you

  • Feeling a stronger sense of belonging with both yourself and others

Even though these shifts can unfold naturally, there may still be relationships to find, strengthen, or heal. If you still feel some disconnect in certain areas of your social world, we’ll tailor the second half of your package to focus deeply on nurturing those connections, helping you feel truly at home in your relationships.

This stage of coaching isn’t about numbers. It’s really not about how many people you can invite to a party, how many followers you have on social media, or how many you message now and then. It’s about quality, depth, and mutual support. Together, we’ll look closely at how each relationship makes you feel, and how you make them feel in return.

Using the Wheel of Belonging, we’ll map out your current relationships to see where your needs are being met, where they aren’t, and where one relationship may be carrying too much weight. This helps us spot any gaps and create a plan to find, build, or nurture the right kinds of connections to meet your different needs for belonging.

To do this, we’ll focus on four key areas:
