Let’s gather in a soulful space to reflect, release, and realign with the gentle rhythms of the Autumn Equinox.

What if the only thing standing between you and a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and connection… is simply taking the time to slow down?

The Autumn Equinox marks the final harvest celebration, a time to gather, reflect and take things slow as we enjoy the fruits of all we have nurtured and cultivated throughout the year.

Join me for a soulful Autumn Equinox circle in Portsmouth - a gentle, heart-led evening to honour the turning of the season and all it represents. Together, we’ll reflect on the energy of autumn: letting go, softening, and coming back to what feels steady and true within.

Through grounding meditation, guided visualisation, and reflective journaling, we’ll create space to pause, breathe, and gently let go of what no longer serves. This will support you in feeling more grounded and present, while tuning into what your mind and body truly need. It’s an invitation to embrace the slower seasons with self-love and care, and to reconnect with yourself and those around you.

This circle isn’t about fixing or striving. It’s about coming home to yourself. Being held in community. And marking the shift in seasons with deeper meaning and true intention.

And beyond that, it’s a chance to simply meet, connect, and make new friends with kindred spirits in a gentle, welcoming space.

This isn’t your average self-care night. It’s meaningful, calm, and made to leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply seen by yourself most of all.

Expect warmth, connection, and the kind of quiet that leaves you feeling deeply seen by yourself, and by those around you.

What to Expect:

  • Arrive 5 minutes early to get settled before we begin at 7:30 PM.

  • A Loving-Kindness meditation to reconnect with yourself and others in the space.

  • A little chat about what the Autumn Equinox represents on the Wheel of the Year and how we can all honour the changing season, not just within the circle, but at home in our daily lives too.

  • A guided Equinox-themed visualisation paired with journaling prompts for reflection and intention-setting, while we sip on herbal teas.

  • A simple but powerful ritual to honour the slower seasons by embracing our softer side, with more focus on self-love and tender care, releasing the limiting beliefs that are causing our bodies stress and burnout.

  • Share in pairs (if you feel called to) or just have a little chat with those in the circle at the end while nibbling on something tasty!
