Meditation Session Summary:

A session designed just for you, or for you and your friends (up to 5), or you and your partner. Let your senses come alive with an aromatherapy-infused guided meditation, visualizations, and gentle coaching carefully tailored to your current needs. Together, we can explore what matters most to you, whether that’s reconnecting with yourself, deepening your connection with each other in the session. This is your time to ground yourself and step into a space of reflection and connection.

  • Learn to let go of what not longer serves you, a previous relationship or friendship, a career or a limiting belief.

What can I expect from this session?

Each session begins with a grounding check-in and a brief conversation to clarify the focus of our time together, based on your completed form and/or discovery call.

We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to help you feel centred, grounded, and fully present. From there, I’ll guide you through a personalised meditation and visualisation, tailored to your specific needs and the intention behind your session.

After the meditation, you'll have the opportunity to share anything that came up for you in a safe, cosy space. I’ll listen with care and offer gentle, intuitive coaching to help you deepen your self-awareness, build empathy, and strengthen your connection with yourself—or with others if you're attending as a pair or group.

To support your reflection after the session, I’ll also provide journaling prompts so you can capture your insights and continue your journey with clarity and intention.
